We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Sparrow Nest is a fully appointed 2 bedroom house off Hwy 121 on hwy 78. your views include forest in the back, sunny fields in the front. Flower gardens around the home bloom most of the spring through fall. A tower outside the house ensures good WIFI for work or to enjoy movies!
