You can access the water via a set of stairs leading from the property to the shoreline. End your days on the deck and keep your eyes peeled for seals!

This unit allows Pets and has a large deck for guests to relax outside! **NOTE: There is a bathroom restriction where the toilet only has 22" of space. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. We try to provide you with all the necessities you may need and are happy to answer any questions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Sealport Cottage: Full week Saturday-Saturday only

Sealport Ocean Cottage is a magical place with sparkly days and starry nights! Beautiful ocean views of Seal Cove, Blue Hill Bay on the "Quietside" of this island. Rustic, family owned for 60+ years, this comfy, quiet summer only cottage is all yours to enjoy sunsets, days on the porch, woods and seashore near Acadia National Park. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturdays only: check-in 4pm or later, check-out 10am, with 5 safety hours between guests for professional cleanings, relax & enjoy!

Our cozy family cottage on the "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island has panoramic views of Southwest Harbor and the Cranberry Islands. Watch the tide and boats come and go from your bed! High tide splashes below the cantilevered deck. Quaint downtown shopping & dining is just 3/10 mile along a sidewalk. Several access points to Acadia National Park less than 5 miles away; downtown Bar Harbor is a 25 minute drive. The cottage is ideal for couples or families with supervised children.

A tiny guest house (450 sq ft) overlooking the Benjamin River. AC!!. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private porch. Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.

SECOND LEVEL: Half bath. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each. Alcove with a youth bed.
