The apartment has a king size bed for 2 people & extendable sofa that could accommodate another 2 people for an extra fee From the location of the property takes 1min walk to Black Church, Piața Sfatului, Strada Sforii etc. The taxis can easily drop you off or pick you up to/from the front of property, however there is a local bus stop nearby

The entire house was recently renovated and refurbished with industrial accents in line with the building's original structure and history. The large double bed and the comfy sofa bed, together with all the modern amenities, will assure a comfortable stay for either families, couples or individual travelers. The full size kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.

The guesthouse spans three levels: the ground floor houses a generous 30 sqm garage; the second floor, accessible via an interior staircase, features a modern open-space kitchen and living area (30 sqm) and a fully equipped 4 sqm bathroom. On the top floor, the attic bedroom (25 sqm) offers panoramic views of Tampa Mountain.
