We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (Pet friendly with limitations.
