The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Si può usufruire di uno spazio esterno con giardino e forno a legna, godendo della bella stagione per cenare all'aperto. Casa di Mirna è a pochi passi dal Giardino Botanico Spinarosa e dista solamente 4 km dal parco acquatico "Bolle blu", 15 km dall'outlet di Seravalle Scrivia e 45 minuti di auto da Genova. Nel vicino paese di Borghetto è possibile noleggiare le biciclette.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
