My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

The stock tank pool opens Mid-March, cold plunge in spring and refreshing plunge pool in summer.

Sage Cottage is located in the beautiful Pottawatomie County in our own Oaklore Forest. The cottage sleeps two on our queen size bed, Has a mini-kitchen and 3-piece bathroom with stand-up shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials. Brent & Jean’s Tiny house

This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

Route 66 Oklahoma City 1925 Red Caboose

Enjoy a wonderful night in our 1925 CB&Q wooden caboose. As you pull into the driveway of our little farm, you won’t believe you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City and less than 10 minutes from Edmond. You may encounter deer, turkeys, road runners and much more. Enjoy the lonesome howl of distant coyotes in the evening as you step outside this old waycar. For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and flora and fauna to find. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.

Bridgewater Cabin (Modern/private/in city limits!)

A modern cabin in town! This is the only residence on 4.2 wooded acres, and feels like you’re miles from town. Located 3 minutes drive from downtown Pawhuska. Relax on the 320sf deck by the house, or walk just a few steps down a wooded path to the platform overlooking Bird Creek, lots of wildlife can be seen. Perfect for a couples weekend, or a quiet getaway. Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!

Summit Hill Gardens Cottage, a little bit of paradise, is a place to enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
