Heathcote wine country is only 30 minutes away and Bendigo, a short 15 minute drive offers a multitude of activities including shopping, nightlife and rich art and history culture.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Sandcliffe Dairy Luxury Farmstay

You'll be Udder-ly amazed that this completely renovated home was once a fully functioning Dairy. Spacious yet cozy open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Vaulted timber ceilings and original steel rafters. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

The Loft @ Ellesmere Vale

Nestled on the Campaspe River at Fosterville in Central Victoria, The Loft is a hidden treasure for short escapes, leisurely holidays, retreats and celebrations. With farm and billabong views, our self-contained loft on this working farm has two bedrooms, parents retreat and lounge (with dining), kitchenette and split system air-conditioning. Families and couples love the elevated deck and activities with tennis and bocce. Try your hand at fishing or yabbying in the river.

Our Edwardian features on the exterior are complemented inside with modern features. It comfortably fits 4 people comprising of 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 long singles beds, ideal for adults or children. Situated only 100 metres from the Main Street, gives you easy access to shops, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. Bishop Townhouse & Clements House (next door) were built by Mr Bishop in 1904 for Mr Clements to accommodate tenants.

KYABRAM HOUSE

Kyabram House is located in the main street of Kyabram and is a fully self-contained 1930’s Californian bungalow and is ideal for families and groups visiting Kyabram and the surrounding Goulburn River Valley areas. Kyabram House is a lovely character home, only 200m from the CBD, which sleeps eight people comfortably, fully renovated and complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kyabram. We are family and pet friendly with a safe enclosed rear yard. 

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.
