Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Miles upon miles of tracks for walking/talking/eating & drinking. This property is 15 mins walk to the beach & 15 mins walk to Brancaster Staithe harbour along the coastal path. It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

Belle Air is a two bedrooms two bathrooms bungalow beautifully located in the wonderful village of Brancaster. The property offers off road parking for two cars, and a spacious garden with a reading garden shade. The location is ideal for beach goers, golf players, bird watchers and anyone who love beautiful skies and discover the Norfolk coast. Just a wonderful place to stay where you can enjoy a summer on the beach or a warm cosy weekend by the fire during the winter days after a walk.

A brand new luxury eco-lodge which is situated just outside the village of Docking. It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. It is one of only seven lodges and has been meticulously constructed in fine timbers. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling glass create a light, spacious and contemporary look. Located with surrounding countryside, Woodlark Lodge is a relaxing and peaceful retreat.

Marsh Mellow House is a beautiful and spacious property, recently renovated to a high standard for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to nearby pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants. A three-minute walk will take you to the Boardwalk across the marshes, perfect for a scenic walk to Brancaster Beach or Brancaster Staithe. The property also features off-street parking, a private, fully fenced garden, and convenient access to the dog-friendly beach, which is open year-round.

Little Redwings is the perfect location for couples wanting a coastal getaway. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brancaster Staithe, yet still within walking distance to the pubs, Coastliner bus stop, harbour, and many other popular coastal attractions. Having just been completely refurbished in January 2024, Little Redwings is designed to offer luxurious and comfortable accommodation in an open plan studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.

East Wing is a lovely coastal cottage nestled in the popular village of Thornham with one or two views over Thornham's salt marshes & out to sea. There is accommodation for up to eight guests with one family bathroom upstairs & a ground floor shower room. The garden is enclosed making it ideal for families & dogs. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
