Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona centrala, intr-un complex rezidential nou la 1.3km de Piata Unirii. O plimbare usoara de 10 minute va aduce acolo, fiind locul perfect pentru a savura un ceai, o cafea sau un Aperol la numeroasele terase. Unul dintre cele mai populare locuri de shopping din oras, Iulius Mall, se afla la 1.2km si poate fi ajuns dupa o scurta plimbare. Locul de parcare in garajul subteran este inclus pentru a va putea bucura din plin de sejurul sau sedera prelungita.

It is located in a good area of the city, on a quiet street, with the possibility to park your car for free in the inner courtyard or on the main street.
