The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Unit 108 is a privately owned studio condominium with incredible ocean views and a ground-level patio to enjoy the ocean breeze. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a full kitchen with its own dishwasher. The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside, enjoy the electric fireplace and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

Family-friendly cabin with EPIC views of both Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean! Cabin features private stairs/access to the beach. There is a path/trail from our home to the stairs down to beach. Cabin is nestled among the trees on the quaint Pearl Street in the small community of Netarts. Outdoor covered deck and lower lawn area perfect for family time. Private stairway to beach below with fire pit. Few minutes walk down the road to local restaurant/bars/stores. Bay watching home!

Lovely home just 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes drive to the city. Smell the ocean from the porch. This cute and quirky house is perfect for a family or two couples. This is a community feel and the hot tub does have a walk way by it. We are unable to change this. HOT TUB maintenance occurs every Tues.
