Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room #5 is on the main level with lots of windows, sweeping river views and a spacious layout. The main room has a king size bed (w/ high-quality linens), a kitchenette (w/ mini fridge, Keurig and microwave), a sitting area, and a dining set. The bathroom has heated slate floors, an oversized vanity and a walk-in shower. Private patio with access to several shared outdoor spaces. Dog-friendly with $30 pet fee (per night, per dog). Beach Stay - Unit #3 - King Bed

Beach Stay Unit #3 is a comfortable quiet one room plus bath unit decorated with a Flintstone theme & a grass wall. The unit features a king size bed, a TV and an area for making light meals and morning coffee. There is a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and both a small drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker.The bath is small but adequate with a shower stall. The unit is at the rear of the property and features a deck with four steps up to the front door.
