L'appartamento si trova sulla terrazza di un palazzo storico al centro di Roma, nel palazzo c'è un ascensore, la vista è stupenda e potrete godere di meravigliosi tramonti; 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini, dalle linee della metro A e B e dal terminal dei bus collegati con gli aeroporti. Luminosissimo e tranquillo la spaziosa zona living con la cucina che ha tutto il necessario per cucinare, ospita il divano letto alla francese per due persone. Il bagno è confortevole e fornito di tutto.

Grazie alla sua posizione strategica e centrale consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il centro storico. L’appartamento si trova a 20 minuti a piedi da Stazione Termini o 10 minuti con bus. Il quartiere è servito dai principali servizi: ristoranti, negozi, supermercati.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
