Escape to the country and unwind at this charming, elegant cottage in 2 acres of lovely gardens with swimming pool, tennis badminton and table tennis, and county walks starting from your door. Located on the edge of the award winning village of Cuddington, walk to the thatched roof pub for drinks and dinner or village store for supplies and news papers. Only 10 minutes drive to the bustling market town of Thame, 35 minutes to Oxford, 40 minutes to London by train and 45 minutes to London LHR.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. The Annexe is a self-contained interior designed studio apartment, adjacent to a Victorian mill house and set in beautiful gardens. We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

The apartment is in the pretty village of Lt Gaddesden, surrounded by the National Trust Ashridge Estate, 12 minutes from Berkhamsted station to London, set in 10 acres of gardens, stunning walks from your doorstep into 5,000 acres of woods, meadows & Chiltern hills, peaceful/lovely views. Visitor full access to garden/outside eating spaces. Full fibre b/band. Own entrance. EV charger. Plenty of parking. Ashridge House, Chiltern Walks, Cycleways, Whipsnade Zoo, Harry Potter Studios close by.

Black Squirrel Barn, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath barn

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many countryside walks and cycle paths running from the house yet the A1M is minutes away. A PET CONSIDERED BY REQUEST ONLY BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week)

Southwood Gardens annexe in Cookham

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. Our newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom annex is situated in a wide tree lined road, a premier location just a few minutes walk away from the charming cafés, shops and restaurants of Hampton Court Village, Hampton Court Palace and local train station. Adjacent to but detached from our elegant Victorian family home, this bright and stylish space is tranquil and self contained and enjoys additional benefits of a private south facing patio garden and dedicated off street parking space.
