Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Small perfectly formed Studio

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Self contained Annex, suitable for short or long stay close to Waterlooville town centre and 2 minutes from A3 routes to London, Guildford and Southampton. Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required. A stylish base from which to explore the beautiful coastline and countryside of this part of West Sussex. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
