This place has great coffee, exquisite food, large windows to watch the world go by as you read the paper. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My favourite spot in Yarraville. Perfect for pre- or post-movie catchups (with the Sun Theatre just across the road).
Try the zucchini and mint fritters, or the seared tuna ... and in Summer, the rice pudding with mango! Too many favourites to list :)

Excellent coffee, wonderful selection of sourdough loaves ... and THE best sandwiches!! (I recommend the smoked chicken breast on pumpkin bread, with home-made chutney!!) ... Otherwise, for something warmer in your belly, you can't go past their home-made sausage rolls (try the pork & fennel) or the hearty soup-of-the-day is always a winner - served with thick slices of sourdough bread, of course !!

172 Victoria StExcellent coffee, wonderful selection of sourdough loaves ... and THE best sandwiches!! (I recommend the smoked chicken breast on pumpkin bread, with home-made chutney!!) ... Peruse the assortment of shops along Victoria, Charles and Gamon Street - and you'll see why Seddon is such a great part of the world!!
Wonderful location, overlooking the bay at sunset - or any time of the day !! Bright and airy with a great atmosphere. The food on offer is a wonderful blend of Moroccan, Persian, Turkish ... it's best to order tapas-style to enjoy the great array of flavours. But, then again, on Mondays ... you certainly can't go past the $10 Turkish pizzas special (and at that price, with so many toppings to select from, you'll want to order a few)!
Take-away options now available, too ... for those who prefer to sit on the beach!

Be sure to check out the rest of the building while you're at it ... Curtin House is home to an eclectic array of businesses (inlcuding my faves: Metropolis bookstore, plus another 2 bars "The Toff in Town" as well as the "Rooftop Bar" - with views across the city skyline - and an outdoor cinema over Summer)
