The latest from Luke Dale-Roberts, one of South Africa's most celebrated chefs , stunning restaurants. The food is simply outstanding. Breakfasts are especially great with foods ranging from quinoa granola to house smoked hake. Lunch could be mussels or oysters through to Ash baked goats cheese with mint and lentil dressing and to finish off the caramalized lemon tart was delicious. The open kitchen also has a BBQ area and there is a bar area where you can enjoy a pre dinner drink. Service was fantastic, a great place to visit.

The menu truly reflects the enthusiasm, talent and creative approach to food by Luke Dale-Roberts. starters from different menus include Local liquorice cured Wagyu biltong, Peking quail sandwich, mains include Pan seared kingklip, orange emulsion, turnip and cashew puree, bbq turnip, desserts include Chamomile ice cream, cardamom and brown butter sponge, toasted sunflower seeds. So many different tastes. I Truly recommend this restaurant.

Old Biscuit Mill. A vibrant, warm-hearted market located in the heart of Woodstock - approx 10 mins in a car from Oranjezicht. The Neighbourhood market features over 100 specialty traders every Saturday - The fabulous selection of foods and drink. I tasted the best baba ganoush dip ever at this market. A great way to spend a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend getting there early and catching a taxi or the MyCiti bus as parking is difficult.

375 Albert RdOld Biscuit Mill. A vibrant, warm-hearted market located in the heart of Woodstock - approx 10 mins in a car from Oranjezicht. The Neighbourhood market features over 100 specialty traders every Saturday - The fabulous selection of foods and drink. I tasted the best baba ganoush dip ever at this market. A great way to spend a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend getting there early and catching a taxi or the MyCiti bus as parking is difficult.

Kirstenbosch Gardens situated on the slopes of Table Mountain are regarded as one of the most beautiful in the world and deservedly so. The Garden always has a variety of art/sculpture exhibitions which are incredible - check your local information for whats on. The gardens are renowned for indigenous fynbos (natural shrubland or heathland vegetation) and plants including the Protea. During the summer there are fabulous concerts held on an outdoor stage, grab a blanket, a picnic basket and relax listening to some fantastic music. The location is breathtaking.
