My favorite Kölsch brewery. Authentic food, delicious Kölsch, and the real grumpy but loving waiters that make it to be a real Kölsch brewery!

Great traditional Cologne-style "Brauhaus". Not so touristy like the Gaffel or Früh breweries. They still brew their own Kölsch beer right across the beer garden. It cannot be any fresher than that!
