Creek’s Edge Winery located in historic Taylorstown, Virginia sits along the lovely Catoctin Creek in Northern Virginia’s Loudoun County. Its owner, Tedd Durden began dreaming of a legacy for his three children in 2002 while living in Fairfax County. In 2005, the family moved to a beautiful property on the opposite side of the creek and, in 2007, Mr. Durden purchased the land which is now home to Creek’s Edge Winery.

I love this winery. It is located less than a mile from our property on Furnace Mountain Road (Springs Store Cottage) and is a 10-15 minute drive from most of our properties. On most weekends they have live music. Wine and food are great. And the location itself - building outdoor pavilion is well designed. Highly recommended.

A decent drive from here, but if you have time you will pass through the historic town of Waterford and the rolling hills of Loudoun county on your way. Once at Creeks Edge you will enjoy the peace and awesome timberframe structure. Check them out online or call as they often have live music. Worth the drive alone!
