Delicious! A fantastic choice for dinner, lunch or even brunch! Their salmon avocado toast is mouth watering. The Australian owner, Anthony, infuses his down under flavors in his dishes that will certainly make you wanting more.

Brunch, lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong at Collins. Just a short walk from my airbnb. Great location and ambience. They also opened a location in Forsyth Park and it's fantastic if you want to sit at the park. They have to-go drinks and picnic baskets too.
