Phanom Rung is the most important ancient Khmer site in Thailand. It is a must see when visiting Buriram Province! It is absolutely stunning.

Facinating Khmer temple built on a mountain top. Not as famous as Angkor Wat but is really worth seeing. I recommend early morning or late afternoon to visit
