If you are downtown checking out the sights like Parliament Hill, they have yummy yummy lunch and it smells like heaven. Avoid the lunch rush (12-1) though.

Offering some of the best scones in Ottawa, the Scone Witch is the perfect spot to go for brunch. Here you can enjoy either one of their sweet or savory scones with jam, fresh fruit, and scrambled eggs.

This is a fun little brunch/lunch spot. Love the scone sandwiches. Never leave without some scones to go.
