GREAT vegan and GF menu - and just good foods. Local farm foods, salads. Very pleasant, casual environment. Lots of tables but they do have a wait at lunch/dinner prime times. Gino the Soup Man owns the place and makes all 18 types from his, or old family recipes. Sold also at Great Basin Co-Op on Flint near Wingfield Park, and at Whole Foods Market (So. Virginia at Del Monte).

Their huge food menu has selections for every appetite. Focused on local and organic you can choose from meat, veggie, vegan or paleo options. Breakfast and lunch are our faves here.
