Don’t let the rando strip mall location fool you. This place is an institution and in addition to decent “pan-Viet-Asian” fare - it has a famously extensive list of beers from all over the world (upwards of 55 beers on tap!) and is credited by some as starting Richmond’s now thriving craft beer scene. One article noted, “It’s like the Vietnamese Cheers!”.

Consistently voted the best beer bar in America. It is a bustling Vietnamese restaurant with a huge beer selection and now has an attached brewery called The Answer. Very good food. Very good beer. Well worth the trip.
