The "castle" was built in the 1890s as the Preston School of Industry. Tours are offered primarily April through September, as well as special events, theater productions, and more.

Supposedly haunted - Preston Castle was constructed in 1894 as a reform school for boys. The Romanesque Revival style of architecture was to make the building look like a school rather than a prison.
