This is our favorite Italian restaurant but be sure to get reservations because it is usually full. Awesome food and authentic italian ambience.

Macaluso's Italian Restaurant. 5101 N Pearl St Ruston, 98407 Every Tuesday and Wednesday they serve up an Impossible vegan and gluten free Lasagna, and a vegan Bolognese that can easily be made gluten free with a switch to gluten free penne. They also offer a primavera and pesto pasta.

Ruston's favorite Italian restaurant. They have all of your favorites plus a few extra less traditional meals. Open from 11 - 2 for lunch and 5 - 9pm for dinner. Family owned and operated. Definitely worth a try. Pro tip - get the foccawsia bread for an appetizer - you're welcome! ☺️
