This place does great breakfasts and nice coffee (so I'm told, as I don't drink it myself), and they have a very nice courtyard

Great food and coffee. A gem of a cafe, next to a florist. The roast meat sandwiches are tasty. Plenty of breakfast and lunch options. Up there with Uncle Drew for best cafe food in the area.

Great coffee and food, and friendly staff. Go early on the weekends to avoid the queues.
