Shook at Starhill Gallery offers a diverse fusion menu, with the kitchen playing around with Japanese, Chinese, Italian and western cuisine. Its open-kitchen concept allows you to see the chefs hard at work as they create tantalisingly inventive dishes most easily described as delicious. Standouts include goat’s cheese coated with roasted pistachios - an appetiser we simply could not get enough of - and the medallion of grain-fed beef with pan-fried foie gras – a main worth going back for time and time again.
