A nice area! Beautiful rock formations. The painted rock with the America flag can be seen from highway 384 traveling east. The rock was painted after the 9/11 event. To hike to this landmark refer the picture of the Bolton Notch state Park trail map, I circled in black this trail. There are many other trails including the yellow trail if you are interested in a longer hike.
