Recommending with a caveat: Southern Salt has just about the freshest seafood in Morehead, and a gorgeous view, but the service can be spotty to downright incompetent. They seem to have better service during the day.

If you are looking for fresh catch usually same day seafood this is the place to go! Often in the summer on the weekends you will find a live band on the deck. Boat docks allow you to drive your boat up for a meal and relax.
