This is the cutest little town we have ever lived in. Some really great boutique stores as well as popular favorites such as Anthropologie, West Elm, Lululemon, Starbucks Reserve, Eli Tea, Paper Source. Check out Something for fun Michigan inspired gifts. For drinks and music: Bird and Bread has some live singer-songerwriter nights - good food and a nice bar, plus there are lots of bars in Birmingham. Check out Dick 'o Dows for an Irish pub, Forest Grill for a small intimate classy bar (quiet too), The Stand for a busier professionals type bar (Friday evenings very social), or the Townsend Hotel for an intimate evening with your romantic interest.
