My favourite local market is the Bangalow market, on the 4th Sunday of each month. There are arts and crafts, delicous food, fruit and veg, and even some entertainment.

Artisanal products to lots of food - bigger than the Byron Market. Family friendly. Live music/buskers and entertainment :) Try to get there early as parking can get busy (best option is to park before you get into town centre and walk). Check Northern Rivers Markets to confirm which Sunday its on as location changes to different towns every Sunday.

Byron Farmers Market is the one of the longest running farmers’ markets in Australia. It was started in 2002 by a handful of local farmers who wanted to be able to sell their produce directly to the public, in the process reducing food miles and ensuring their small farms remained viable Bangalow Saturday morning 7.30 to 10.30
