The atmosphere is spectacular, an industrial decor "heavy" with metal accents. The menu is mostly burgers and steak. I recommend the Rail or Hangover Cure (burgers) and the spicy fettuccini. The Chicken Frizzled Steak is ginormous; plan to share. When a train rolls by, raise your hand for a "Conductor's Special" $2 beer on tap.

This restaurant is worth a visit just to check out the vibe. Housed in an old train depot, Shindigs delivers the atmosphere and some pretty good food. Go to watch a game or sit on the deck. Drink discounts offered when trains pass by.

Shindigs is just a 20 min drive south on hwy 77. Not only are their food and drinks fantastic but their building is an old railroad depot right off the tracks providing industrial atmosphere all centered around the Santa Fe Railroad!
