An excellent swimming beach, and fantastic playground for children, walk and cycleway and aviary. A fabulous place to take a picnic, so many things to see here. If you happen to be around on Boxing Day there is always a carnival that is hugely popular with the locals.

Playgrounds, Rose garden, sand, sand and more beautiful sand, great and safe for both adults and children's play. Awesome scenery looking back to the city from standing on the water's edge. Romantic. Walk straight up the concrete steps to lovely bar and cafes (or take the lift up which is by the rose garden...by following the concrete path, its to your left if you have your back to the sea)
