The Captain Daniel Packer Inne was built on the Mystic River over 250 years ago. Square-rigger Captain Daniel Packer completed construction of the building bordering Water Street in 1756. From that time to the late 1900’s the property remained in the Packer family and their descendants, The Keelers. The Inne was restored in the 1980’s by Richard and Lulu Kiley, and remains in the family today.

A truly exceptional, special occasion dining experience with first class seafood. Mike and I love to go there for our August wedding anniversary celebrations. Walk the harbor and historic neighborhood too!

In Mystic, "DPI" is an authentic restored colonial inn featuring several formal dining rooms and a downstairs pub. Popular for its great comfort food and colonial ambience, the pub downstairs also features a more casual menu and atmosphere. Acoustic musicians play in the pub a few nights a week and is a lively popular late night watering hole with locals.

Fantastic menu - dining rooms on different floors in front of the fireplace - bar & dining below. It's haunted too!

Two different dining experiences offered here. A pub tavern in lower level and casual dining upstairs.
