Distillery, Cocktail Bar. This place is one of my favorites, from the floral wallpaper to all the other tasteful flourishes, you immediately feel invited to want to stay for a while. As for their gin, it's definitely one of, if not the best I've ever had. Gins change day to day but in the summer, I love their mango sea donkey. They provide tasters, while you’re at it, pick up a special limited-edition bottle! Also, they usually do a bloody Mary bar on Sundays, yum.

If you aren’t a gin or whiskey drinker now, you most definitely will be when you leave Amalga! Ok— if we had to choose our MOST favorite place to hang out, it is definitely here. They have non-alcoholic options too that are far from the “norm.” If you visit— please let Brandon know Sarabeth and Brian say HI!
