Chiang's does not look like much from the outside but they make very good Chinese food. Delicious noodles and many other good dishes. They have large round tables with lazy susans for serving family style and are always filled with Chinese customers who know the real deal. You don't go there for the ambience; you go there for really good Chinese food.

The best Chinese food for miles. Order the salt & pepper tofu and the green beans.

Great local Chinese restaurant; be sure to ask for a vegetarian menu if that's what you want. Don't be deterred by the exterior.
