Henry Deane, the crown jewel of Hotel Palisade, reveals the building’s modern and sophisticated charm. Spread across two floors, the contemporary cocktail lounge provides breathtaking Sydney scenes no matter which way you look. The cocktail lounge comprises over levels 4 and 5 of Hotel Palisade, and serves both lunch and dinner with their full food menu of share plates. Reservations can be made with our team prior to the day, alternatively, we do have a portion of seating for walk-ins available. On Friday and Saturday evenings, we do not take any reservations besides group bookings for our private parts, it is walk-ins only. **Please note that Henry Deane is not licensed for minors under 18 years, including babies**
