Ochoa is probably one of our (and our guests) favourite bar. It’s very traditional and is run by Paco and the lovely Fina. The tapas and raciones are great with quite a vegetarian choice. (Mixed roast vegetable with eggs (ask without if you are vegan), battered aubergine and setas (mushrooms). In winter this bar still has the mesa camilla- the tables have tablecloths which hide a brasier/brasero underneath which Paco fills with hot coals from the fire. You put the tablecloth over your knees and keep warm- very toasty- but don’t scorch your shoes as I have done! The back of Ochoa tends to be dominated by the younger crowd and in winter there’s a nice roaring fire going.

Situated just up from the main square, Bar Ochoa offers excellent food, fantastic and friendly hosts and a great atmosphere! In the winter months, keep your toes warm with hot coals placed under your curtained table.

It's everything a great tapas bar should be. Wonderful atmosphere, great people, lovely food. In winter there are tables with hot coals under to keep you warm. In summer the patio is buzzing with people having a great time. Only open at weekend outside July and August.

It is very traditional in decor, the owners are amazing and the food is excellent. The only drawback is they open only at the weekend!

Very nice grilled meats and seafood. The grilled vegetable plate is a must. In the warm months the indoor/outdoor feel of the space as well as the homegrown produce is inviting and sumptuous.
