Local butcher that is shared with restaurant/bar. Their menu changes on a weekly basis but everything we've ever tried on their menu is fantastic. We recommend their burger and charcuterie/cheese board.

Red Hog is the sister restaurant to Blue Dog Cafe, both locally owned and operated, both local favorites. Their butcher shop offers a wide selection of charcuterie and regionally sourced meats, while the restaurant side serves a seasonal rotating menu. Go for one of the best hamburgers in town and a selection of local draft beers. Quality is the moniker here, and it shows. Sister restaurant of Blue Dog located on the same street. They have a butcher shop and deli attached to a restaurant with a revolving menu. The patio is a lovely place to share plates and sip a cocktail.

Restaurant and butcher. Owners own Blue Dog Bakery as well. Probably uses the finest local ingredients than any other place in Louisville.

Not only are the food and drinks fantastic, they have an exceptionally nice outdoor eating area. They have heaters in the winter for year- round outdoor eating. One of my favorite places to eat.
