A wonderful little town in the arquipelago. It takes only 20 minutes by car. Very nice restaurants and cafés and shops. You can take a boat to the islands or back to Stockholm fron Vachilm

The lovely town of Waxholm is the hub of the Stockholm archipelago and is perfect to spend the day or use as starting point for your archipelago adventure.

Just enjoy this port to the archipelago. Take the ferry from here to Stockholm, Grinda, Sandhamn or any other of the thousand islands in the Stockholm archipelago.
