This is a very nice trip. You can walk around the waterfalls. If you can stay there when the waterfalls are opened this will be a very suggestive experience

These are central Italy's highest and strongest waterfalls. Used as a major source of hydroelectric power, the waterfalls are open at intervals and rafting, canyoning and other “extreme” water activities are arranged. Please do not expect the Colorado River, but it is rather enjoyable, well organized and activities planned to suit visitors of different ages, starting from very young child-friendly rafting that ends with a general plunge in a tranquil “pool” in the river.
