Or known as Custom House. This is a great spot to have lunch or breakfast. The food is good, the staff are very welcoming & the view of the harbour is also pretty nice. Watch cyclists go past & fisherman fish off the promenade while enjoying a good plate of food.

I don't actually go inside this restaurant - instead I walk along the dock and watch the sunset or local fishers. Very relaxing and quiet, right in the city :-)
