go to sai kung take a taxi to the pavillon and hike 40 min (easy hike) to the best beach of Hong Kong (if you dont want to hike back you can take a boat simply ask for it at the restaurant in Ham tin Beach)

Hong Kong's best beach bar none. Fantastic water quality, the beach is stunning and on par with anything from Australia or Thailand. It's a bit of a pain to get to but well worth it for a day or two - bring a tent if you're so inclined or rent one from neighbouring Ham Tin Bay.

My favorite Camping Spot! Clear water, White sand beach! depending on the season you can enjoy the blue Plankton lighting up every time you hit the water ... It is in the middle of no where you either access this beach by a 2/3 hours hike or with a small boat.

Hiking + Beach. Great views, many different trails you can do. Difficulty: 5/10 Time: 1-1.5 hours Sai Kung Pavillion to Ham Tin Beach, 2 hrs to Pak Tam Au bus stop. We camped overnight at Ham Tin Wan Beach, really long strip of beach where you can also rent gear.
