Bar on the 25rd floor has the best view in the whole city, highly recommenced going at sunset as it's spectacular. Prices for drinks start at around 80kr and it's where I always take people who are new to the city

Malmös sky bar. This area of Malmö is newly developed from being an industrial area. Clarion offers different restaurants and a sky bar with the best view of Malmö from above

This is a very unusual recommendation for me, but if you'd like to get a great view of the city while sipping a cocktail you should go to Clarion Hotels Sky Bar next to Malmö Live :) You enter via the hotel lobby, and take the elevator up.
