If you are a mezcalero, you should know that Michoacán has excellent quality mezcal varieties and organoleptic characteristics very different from those of other regions. This place is ideal to try them. Ask for sauces with different varieties of maguey, such as cinnamon or cupreata. Accompany them with cotija cheese that makes perfect harmony with the mezcal flavors of this state. Also ask for the michoacano rum, another gem of the place. If you get hungry there are different dishes created by Fermín Ambás, such as lamb enchiladas in jamaica sauce.
