Great typical place for a Fado dinner! If you find the dinner too expensive you can show up around 11:30 pm buy some drinks and just listen to the Fado Show.

Just a few meters from our AirBNB is this little gem of a restaurant. Typical local cuisine, informal and local vibes. Has got the Fado music going too. Small place, big heart, great food.

It’s a special place with fado vadio (street fado), where locals take a turn and spectators hiss if anyone dares to chat during the singing. There's a €25 minimum spend, which is as tough to swallow as the food, though the fado is spectacular. Reserve ahead.”
