Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Westerlands is Set in the South Downs National Park, on a quiet farm, this beautiful self built yurt, makes it a peaceful spot for a romantic getaway. Breathtaking views of the South Downs from the accommodation make this a stunning setting, with plenty of gorgeous woodland walks close by, as well as links to the South Downs Way and several lovely local pubs nearby. Chale Bay Farm - St Catherine's View

St Catherine's View at Chale Bay Farm is a quiet and comfortable two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering apartment. The air-conditioned living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with dining and lounge space, smart TV, Blu-Ray and WiFi. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with rollaway-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other main apartments.

The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. The airy bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower and double sink.

Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.
