A wonderful, restful spot for a morning coffee. The bathroom combines vanity, toilet and an excellent shower. Downstairs there is a second toilet. There is a very comfortable double pull out sofa bed in the common living space downstairs. This is a comfortable sofa or if required can be converted easily to sleep two. The large garage is a bonus in this prime inner city location, providing secure off street parking. You will enjoy this space. It is contemporary, stylish and extremely comfortable. This truely is the best location in town. The entire apartment is available for your personal private use You have free access to the large independant garage. Please be aware that occasionally the cleaners may require access to the garage. It is very important to us that you enjoy your stay. We are readily available to assist you if required. The apartment is on a quiet lane, walking distance to central attractions: the Art Gallery, Museum, Hagley and Victoria parks, botanical gardens, and the town hall. The shopping precinct as well as premium restaurants, cafes, and bars are nearby. The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. There is a Nextbike metro share bicycle station over the road which are absolutely brilliant. The first 30 minutes is free. Or hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away. Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The apartment has Netflix for your viewing pleasure and of course fee wifi. The apartment is fitted with a smart lock. You will be issued with a private secure code and phone app access. You can also just use a key if you prefer. This wonderful apartment is up 12 steps from ground level to gain entry. There are delightful city scape near views and the Port Hills can be seen in one direction and leafy Hagley park in the other . The large double garage is on the ground floor.

Trinity Studio Apartment.

This apartment is fully self-contained, you can use the carpark, and all of the space around the apartment is fenced off. From this handy location, all the main attractions are within walking distance. There is a fabulous craft brewery and cafe 150m away, alongside many other handy cafes in the area. Walking is recommended to save on parking in the city. There are also regular buses passing due to the handy location should you wish to explore further afield. Uber to town is approx $8-10.

Welcome to our ensuite studio, surrounded by a peaceful, green & relaxing garden. Perfect for recovering from a long flight. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the central city Plenty of off street parking and an excellent bus service to the central city. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Please be aware that the kitchen & dining area are in the main house and are shared with the hosts. You are very welcome to use both areas. Airport transfers are $15 each way.

Private Studio close to CHCH City Centre with private bathroom and Kitchenette. The studio is completely separate from the house with your own entry and a Queen size bed, the space is suitable for one or two guests. Towels, linen, wifi and continental\ breakfast all included. We are located less than a 10minute drive from One New Zealand Stadium. Please note we have a young dog at the property, but can keep him inside and away, please just let us know in advance 🐾

The guest area overlooking the garden has a queen bedroom with ensuite, its own entrance, separate lounge and outside space. The lounge has bar fridge/tea/coffee and b’fast basics etc. It is nestled in the foothills of the pretty suburb of Cashmere, on excellent bus routes, but close enough to walk into the city if you wish. There are beautiful riverside walks to cafes and bars close by. The garden is lovely with fantails, silvereyes and bellbirds as regular visitors.
