Campout on your very own private island in the Kawarthas. Great for swimming, fishing, and enjoying nature. 14 foot aluminum boat provided, no motor...but it's only about 150 ft from our dock on shore to our dock on the island. Boat traffic on the Trent can be a little busier on weekends, so there could be the odd wave which could make it difficult for swimming with or even fun for children. Always wear proper PFD Weekend noise from the trailer park can sometimes go into the night past midnight.

The guest house has 2 queen beds, living area and it’s own bath. The lot gently slopes to the water with shallow sand entry great for kids.

The beautifully appointed 500 sq ft suite with Juliette balcony, also has a large private, outdoor patio with a covered pergola overlooking the river & waterfalls.

Cottage has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, living room also has 2 pull out couches for extra sleeping availability. Comes equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a dining area. Outside there is a boat lift, and a covered patio to host outside gatherings as well as a fire pit. There is boat access and tie downs on each side of the break wall for when you dock your boat.

This completely private island is all set for you to land at the dock and move in! All linens, pillows, towels, fully equipped kitchen and LOTS of board games!

Island Property, transportation to and from provided. Beautiful family cottage, located on Belmont Lake. The cottage is facing the water and just beautiful to wake up to that lake view. The cottage is 2 bedrooms that will sleep 5 people comfortably with 3 queen size beds. Your own little private swimming area in your private bay to get to the island , you can rent a boat from Campbell’s Belmont Marina , you will need a boaters licence .
