Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

A warm & cosy 3 bedroom house perfect for your Catlins adventures. Sit out on one of the two decks and enjoy a glass of wine taking in the stunning view down the Catlins estuary and out to Owaka heads. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. Private fully-fenced section, with plenty of off street parking for the cars or boat. Relax on the deck with a drink, listening to sound of the waves.

The Catlins Sanctuary is a private and cosy 2 bedroom house. It is modest but comfortable. The property has magnificent lake & estuary views, where wildlife abounds. With 360' views of the lake, estuary & bush, this little piece of paradise is perfect for indoor/ outdoor living all year round. Located off the Southern scenic route 1.5 hours south of Dunedin, this is an excellent base from which to explore the natural wonderland of the Catlins.

Tahakopa Bay Retreat, Catlins, South Otago

Takahopa Bay Retreat is in the heart of the Catlins and offers sweeping panoramic coastal and established native Forest views. The Retreat was established by the Clark family who live on, and farm the surrounding land. The Clark's have been farming the 685 hectare coastal property in the Catlins for the last 25 years.
